1. Stand within the shooting area and adjust your position according to screen prompts.
2. Select photo template, frame style and filter effect.
3. Confirm photo quantity, tap start button and pose for countdown shots.
4. Preview all photos; you may retake unsatisfied shots.
5. Complete payment. The machine will print physical stickers and generate digital photos for download.
Q: Can I retake photos? How many retries do I get?
Free retake is available before confirming print. Each package includes n free retries. Once retake quota runs out, you need to create a new order for extra shots. Photos cannot be modified after print confirmation.
Q: What should I pay attention to while shooting?
• Face towards camera, avoid backlight.
• Keep your whole head inside the frame.
• Do not touch the screen or machine hardware during countdown.
• Remove hats or heavy accessories if you want cleaner portrait output.
Q: How can I get my digital version of photo‑booth pictures?
After payment completes, scan the QR‑code shown on screen. You can preview and download high‑resolution digital photos to your mobile device. QR‑code is valid for 72 hours after your order.
Q: I lost my QR‑code. Can I retrieve my photos again?
Please provide your order number and payment time to our support email. We can resend download link within valid storage period. Machine automatically cleans old photos after 30 days for privacy protection.
Q: Can I save photos without physical printing?
Yes. Our photo booth supports digital‑only mode. You may select digital‑only package to get downloadable images without printed sticker output.
Q: What payment methods does this photo booth support?
Supports credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, QR‑code mobile payment and coin payment (optional hardware module). Payment options can be configured in backend admin dashboard.
Q: Payment succeeded but machine did not start working. How to apply refund?
Keep your transaction ID and order number. Submit refund request via support email. Refund will be processed in 3‑5 working days after verification.
